Document Solutions once again participated in the 35th Annual Spring Diversity Career Fair Day on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at the Rutgers-Newark Campus. Attending the event this year were Kevin O’Connor, V. P. Sales, Kevin Roth, V. P. Operations, and Carl Neil-Holman, Marketing Director. The Newark Campus had its customary healthy turnout and spirited interest.
At the Rutgers-Newark Fair the Document Solutions table was alive with activity, as there were over 50 inquiries. Some inquiries were for Internship, some were for Part-Time or Summer employment and still others were looking for Career opportunities in the rapidly growing and evolving Company. Document Solutions actively sought candidates for 7 different job titles, and the wide ranging diversity of majors that the students were pursuing lent itself to creating “favorable matches.” With a Fun and Youth-Oriented approach including Document Solutions’ “ Harlem Shake Compilation” (over 120,000 views) and Girl Scout videos, the reaction was decidedly positive.
Supplementing the event is the upcoming New Jersey Statewide Career and Internship Fair on Friday, May 2, 2014. This event will be held at the Rutgers-New Brunswick Campus. Document Solutions expects another successful Career Fair and looks forward to seeing both new and familiar faces.
